About the complex and the biopool

The biopool complex at Resort Levočská Dolina comprises three basins – a pond, a swimming basin and an external biological treatment system. The complex includes a snack bar, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a children's sandpit (slide, swing) and a trampoline. During the summer season, various musical events are organized on the stage, often combined with barbecues or goulash cooking.

Levočská Dolina biopool is one of the youngest pools of its kind in Slovakia. By pumping water through shallow gravel zones to the external biological system, the required quality and cleanliness are achieved. Surface impurities are removed by functional skimmers, while an aeration system maintains the proper condition of the water. Regular water measurements by a technician and the Public Health Authority guarantee its safety. Water temperature depends on the weather and ranges between 22 - 26 °C.
